Keith Sheridan is currently the Director of Quality at
Server Technology Inc. where he leads the Quality and Customer Support
organizations.
Keith has previously served Server Technology in the roles
of IT Manager, OEM Customer Account Manager and Product Certification
Manager.
Keith is the designer behind Server Technology's Quality
Management System and programs such as SMARTER Technical Suppport.
He is currently the primary author & editor for a large
portion of Server Technology's product documentation including user manuals and
customer solutions.
In 2000, he guided Server Technology to achieve
certification to ISO 9002:1994. In 2003, he further guided the company to
upgrade the certification to ISO 9000:2000 and has been instrumental in keeping
the company non-conformance free since 2004.
Keith has worked
in the manufacturing industry since 1990 and has expertise in quality
systems, customer technical support, and product validation, certification and
documentation.
Keith is a certified Manager of Quality/Organizational
Excellence with the American Society of Quality and a Six Sigma Green
Belt.
Keith holds a master's degree in music performance from San Francisco Conservatory of Music and a bachelor's degree from
Cleveland Institute of Music.
